Measure & Make

SERVICES

Strategy, branding, websites, technology, and AI, connected.

Measure & Make Group offers six services for businesses and mission-driven organizations. Each can stand on its own, and they are designed to work together: the strategy shapes the brand, the brand shapes the website and digital experience, and the systems and AI behind them support how your organization actually works.

01

Business & Digital Strategy

Clarity on direction, priorities, and the decisions that should come before anything is designed or built.

Who it helps

Leaders of businesses and mission-driven organizations facing growth, a new initiative, or a significant digital investment, who want a clear plan before they invest.

The problem it solves

Ideas, priorities, and tools pulling in different directions, so projects start without a shared definition of success.

What we deliver

  • Discovery and an honest assessment of where things stand
  • Positioning, priorities, and how success will be measured
  • Operating model, governance, and decision-making recommendations
  • Launch plans for new programs and initiatives
  • A phased implementation roadmap

02

Brand Strategy & Identity

Positioning, messaging, and visual identity that make your organization clear and credible to the people it serves.

Who it helps

New ventures, growing businesses, personal brands, and organizations whose brand no longer reflects what they do.

The problem it solves

A brand that is inconsistent, dated, or unclear, so people struggle to understand what you offer and why it matters.

What we deliver

  • Brand positioning, messaging, and voice
  • Logo, color, and typography systems, or a refinement of the mark you already have
  • Brand implementation across your website and digital touchpoints
  • Guidelines your team can use to keep the brand consistent

03

Website Design & Development

Fast, accessible, mobile-first websites designed around your audience and built to grow with you.

Who it helps

Organizations that need a new website, or a site that finally explains what they do and makes the next step obvious.

The problem it solves

Sites that look dated, load slowly, are hard to update, or leave visitors unsure what to do next.

What we deliver

  • Site architecture and content structure
  • Custom design built from your brand
  • Responsive development for phones, tablets, and desktops
  • Accessibility, performance, and search foundations
  • Bilingual sites where your audience needs them
  • Ongoing website management, where arranged

04

Digital Experiences & Platforms

Program hubs, directories, registration and intake journeys, and connected tools that do real work for the people you serve.

Who it helps

Organizations running programs, communities, events, or services that need more than a brochure website.

The problem it solves

Sign-ups, requests, and information scattered across forms, inboxes, and spreadsheets, with no clear path for the people you serve.

What we deliver

  • Program hubs and multi-city or multi-location platforms
  • Directories and resource libraries
  • Registration, intake, and request journeys
  • Review and approval workflows for public submissions
  • Digital business cards and personal-brand experiences

05

Operational Systems & Workflow Design

Documented processes, clear responsibilities, and connected tools, so the work runs consistently as you grow.

Who it helps

Teams that have outgrown informal processes and need operations that hold up as they add people, services, or locations.

The problem it solves

Knowledge that lives in a few people's heads, repeated manual work, and handoffs that break down under growth.

What we deliver

  • Process mapping and workflow design
  • Roles, responsibilities, and handoffs
  • Process documentation and knowledge systems
  • Tool selection and integration planning
  • Capacity and delegation planning

06

AI Strategy & Workflow Automation

Practical uses of AI and automation on real problems, with clear data boundaries and human approval where decisions matter.

Who it helps

Organizations that want to use AI responsibly, without losing control of their data or their decisions.

The problem it solves

Pressure to adopt AI without a clear use case, policy, or plan, alongside repetitive work that could be handled more reliably.

What we deliver

  • An assessment of where AI and automation can help, and where they shouldn't
  • Automations for repetitive tasks such as routing requests, drafting, and summarizing, built on established tools
  • Knowledge systems that organize your organization's information
  • Human-approval steps for consequential decisions
  • AI usage guidelines and data boundaries for your team

A PRINCIPLE, NOT A PRODUCT

Responsible AI

Responsible AI is how we approach every AI engagement, not a separate service. We start with the problem, not the tool, and recommend AI only where it makes the work more reliable or frees people for work that needs them.

In practice that means established, reputable AI platforms configured for your workflows, clear boundaries around what data they can see, human approval at every consequential step, and written guidelines your team can follow. We don't build proprietary AI models, and we'll tell you when a simpler solution is the better one.

Included with website & personal-brand work

Digital Business Cards

A digital business card, built into the website we make for you.

When a website or personal-brand engagement calls for it, we build a digital business card as part of the work: a mobile profile in your brand that people open from a QR code, save to their phone's contacts in one tap, and share with others. It lives on your site and carries the same identity as everything else we make for you. It is part of the engagement, not a separate product or an app anyone has to install.

What it includes

  • A mobile profile in your brand
  • A scannable QR code, on screen and ready to print
  • One-tap contact download for any phone
  • Your website, social profiles and booking links in one place, where you have them
  • A design matched to the rest of your identity
  • Updates to the card are handled like the rest of your site, as far as your website-management arrangement covers them.
  • It is included where a website or personal-brand engagement calls for it and delivered as part of that work, so not every site we have built has one.
  • Each card is built to the same implementation standard, so the method carries from one client to the next. It is not a separate software platform.

In practice

Quentin Gause's card lives on his IAMQG site and shares its identity.

Quentin Gause's digital business card on a phone: his portrait, the QG mark, his name and three roles, and buttons to save the contact, share the card and book him to speak.

HOW WE WORK

Technology follows identity, mission, and strategy.

Every engagement moves through the same four stages, in order:

  1. Listen & Measure

We start by understanding — the mission, the people involved, the environment you're operating in, the evidence already available, the problems and opportunities on the table, and whatever systems already exist. Nothing gets designed before this stage is done.

  2. Clarify & Architect

With a real understanding in hand, we help you define the decisions that have to be made, the requirements that follow from them, the structure and priorities, the boundaries, and a concrete implementation path.

  3. Design & Make

This is where the digital experience, operating system, program, workflow, documentation, or approved technology actually gets built — shaped by everything the first two stages surfaced.

  4. Launch & Strengthen

We test, release, document, train, measure, support, and improve — launch is a stage in the process, not the end of the relationship.

Clarity is an act of stewardship.
